January the Seaventh day 1617 In the name of God Amen I Thomas Hollibone the elder of the parrish of Blechington being not well of body but of mynde in p(er)fect health and memory I doe thanke God for it, Do ordeyne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following First I doe give and bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my heavenly father of whome I did receive it hoping by the meritt and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christe to be an Inheritor of the kingdome of heaven and there doe hope to _______ prayse Gods holy name And my body to be buryed ________ the Churchyard (at Blechington??) of? my Executor Item First I doe give unto the Church twelve pence Item I give unto Elizabeth my wife all such goods as shee brought whatso(ever?) that yn as her owne be it more or lesse ther_ I did know of ____ shall any abridgement of any th___

Item I do give unto her mord? foure quarters of wheate and foure busheles of barley soe soone as yt may be duly vowed after my Decease then I will that thee shall geve two busheles & a halfe of wheate and five busheles of barley to sowe my land one yeare after my decease thee shall lett myne heyre have so much agayne to sowe the rest Shee shall have all to her self Item I doe geve unto my sonnes as James, Thomas, Nicholas, Richard and William each of them two shillings sixpence A peece

Item I doe give unto Mary Hollibone my Daughter five shillings w(hi)ch shall be all paid to them w(i)thin one quarter of the yeare after my decease Item I do give unto Agnes Hollibone my youngest Daughter forty shillings to be paid and put to some use for her toward her bringing up as myne Executor shall th__ make good w(i)thin one yeare after my decease Item I will that Joane and Agnes Hollibone my Daughters shall have all my beding as sheets and all other things that I have there unto belonging w(i)th all my brasse and pewter to be equally divided betwen them twayne??
