THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing Date the 29th of April 1780, awarded and issued against William Richardson, late of Milland, in the County of Sussex, Timber Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the surviving Assignee of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, on Monday the 3d Day of March next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the King's Arms Inn, in Godalming, in the County of Surrey, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees' commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity respecting a Sum of Money agreed to be paid for the Equity of Redemption of an Estate formerly mortgaged by the said Bankrupt, to the late Dr. Thomas Bradbury, and to which the Children of the said Bankrupt lay claim, or to the compromising, or submitting to Arbitration the Claim of the said Bankrupt's Children; and on other special Affairs.
