THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against William Richardson, late of Milland, in the County of Sussex, but formerly of Rotherhithe, in the County of Surrey, Timber Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the surviving Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, on the 2d Day of March next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the King's Arms Inn, in Godalming, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignee commencing and prosecuting a Suit in Equity against the Devisee and Executor of Thomas Bradbury, formerly of Colebrook-Row, Islington, Doctor of Physic, to compel him to reconvey certain mortgaged Premises upon Payment of Principal and Interest, and for an Account of the Rents and Profits of the said mortgaged Estate.
