THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and, issued against William Richardson, late of Milland in the County of Sussex, but formerly of Rotherhithe in the County of Surry, Timber-merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of his Estate and Effects, on Monday the 6th of May next, at Six of the Clock in the Evening, at the Baptist-head Coffee-house, Chancery-lane, in order to assent to or dissent from the submitting to the Determination of Council, or other proper Persons, the Validity of a certain Trust Deed, dated the 26th Day of February, 1771, whereby the said William Richardson conveyed to Trustees therein named his Estates at Milland aforesaid, and elsewhere, for the Purposes therein mentioned ; and on other special Affairs.
