I Allen Atherell of Plumpton in the county of Sussex, shopkeeper, do make and declare my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say), I give and bequeath all and every my ready Money Bonds bills Securities for Money Household Furniture Stock in Trade Goods Chattels and Personal estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my debts and funeral expenses unto my wife Elizabeth Atherell who I constitute and appoint sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me made in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and three.
Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Allen Atherill the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
