CHARLES RICHARDSON, Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925. ALL persons having claims against the estate of Charles Richardson, late of Moat Farm, Sedlescombe, near Battle, Sussex, who died on the 5th day of March, 1930, and whose will (together with two codicils) was proved in the Principal Probate Registry by Arthur Ernest Wilkes, the executor named in the said will, and Frank Richard Richardson, the executor named in the second codicil, on the 3rd day of April, 1930, are required to send particulars thereof, in writing, to the undersigned, on or before the 13th day of September next, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated this 5th day of July, 1930.
