Re JOHN HARDING Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria chapter 35. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of John Harding late of No. 105 Walworth-road in the county of Surrey and of Beech Farm Sedlescombe near Battle in the county of Sussex Oilman and Farmer who died on the 19th day of August 1898 and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division in Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 10th day of October 1898 by George Downer Stapleford of Esperanza Beckenham in the county of Kent Wholesale Stationer and George Tilling of Devonshire-chambers Bishopsgate in the city of London Solicitor the executors therein named are hereby required to send the particulars in writing of their claims and demands to me the undersigned George Tilling as Solicitor for the said executors on or before the 1st day of January 1899 after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 19th day of November 1898.
