CAROLINE JANE BENWELL, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having; any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Caroline Jane Benwell, late of Caroline Cottage, Sedlescombe-road, St. Leonards-on-Sea, in the county of Sussex, formerly of No. 11, Balmoral-terrace, Portswood, near Southampton, in the county of Hants, of Steyne Lodge, Worthing, of No. 2, Clarence-terrace, Hastings, of St. John's Villas, Battle-road, St. Leonards, all in the county of Sussex, of No. 41, Vincent-square, Westminster, of No. 30, Lupus-street, Pimlico, and of No. 42, St. George's-road, Belgravia, all in the county of Middlesex, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 5th day of January, 1885, and whose will has been proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice by George Cole, one of the executors therein named, on the 24th day of February, 1885, and by Charles Benwell, the other executor, on the 8th day of May, 1885), are hereby required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, and demands to Mr. Thomas George Bullen, of 69, Cheapside, London, or Messrs. Saxelby and Faulkner, of 7 and 8, Ironmonger-lane, London, on behalf of the said executors, on or before the 15th day of July, 1835, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice ; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not have had such notice as aforesaid. — Dated this 15th day of June, 1885.
