Frederick Russell, formerly of Sedlescombe, and now of Robertsbridge, both in the county of Sussex, Baker, Pastry Cook, and Confectioner, and for a short time also carrying on the business of a News Agent, having, been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Hastings, on the 22nd day of April, 1862, a public sitting, for the said bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held before the Judge of the said Court, on the 2nd day of June next, at the said Court, at the Townhall, Hastings, at twelve of the clock at noon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. Mr. William Blackman Young, of Hastings, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. George Meadows, of Hastings, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
