PUrsuart to an Order made by the Right Honourable Edward Lord Thurlow, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, for Enlarging the Time for Methuselah Jones, of Worthing in the County of Sussex, (otherwise called Matthew, otherwise Methersolah, otherwise Mathewsalah Jones, ) Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, and Partner with William Hickes, late of the same Place, (a Bankrupt) to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, for Forty-nine Days, to be computed from the 13th Day of February instant: This is to give Notice, That the Commissioners In the said Commission named and authorized, or the major Part of them, intend to meet on the 3d Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London; where the said Bankrupt is required to surrender himself between the Hours of Eleven and One of the same Day, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination ; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, may then and there come and prove the same, and assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.
