THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission bf Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Matthew, otherwise Methusolah, otherwise Mathewsalah Jones and William Hickes, late of Worthing, in the County of Sussex, Merchants, Dealers, Chapmen and Partners, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts Estate and Effects on the 22d Day of January instant, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Globe Tavern, in Fleet-street, London, in order to authorize and empower the said Assignees to sell and dispose of the Personal Estate of the said Bankrupts by public Sale or private Contract, or in such other Way as the major Part of the Creditors then present shall agree upon; and also to take into Consideration the paying the said Assignees out of the Estate of the said Bankrupts, their Costs of suing out and afterwards superseding a former Commission of Bankrupt against the said Jones and Hickes ; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupts Estate and Effects ; or to the compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.
