Re CLARA CHAPMAN, Deceased. Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Clara Chapman, of 137, Tarring-road, Worthing, Sussex, formerly of 4, Hauberk-road, Battersea Rise, in the county of Surrey, Spinster, deceased, who died on the 8th day of February, 1930, and letters of administration, with the will annexed, of whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 14th day of August, 1930, to Frederick William Chapman, of 187, East-street, Walworth. London, S. E. , and Louisa Margaret Chapman, of 43, Malva-road, Garratt-lane, Wandsworth, London. S. W. , the administrators, with the will annexed, of the estate of the said deceased, are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to me, the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said administrators, on or before the 14th day of November, 1930, after which date the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 22nd day of August, 1930.
