NOTICE is hereby given, that HERMAN PERCY MORSTEAD, of Haslemere, Woodlea-road, Worthing, in the county of Sussex, late a Company Serjeant Major in His Majesty's Coldstream Guards, lately called Herman Percy Mohrstadt, has assumed and intends henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and to be called and known by the name of Herman Percv Morstend, in lieu of and in substitution for his former names of Herman Percy Mohrstadt, and that such intended change of name is formally declared and evidenced by a deed poll under his hand and seal, dated the 4th day of November, 1927, and executed and attested and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 16th day of November, 1927. — Dated this 16th day of November, 1927.
