The Matters of the PETITION and SCHEDULE of the PRISONER hereinafter named, (the same having been filed in the Court) are appointed to be heard at the Court-House in Portugal Street, Lincoln's Inn Fields, on the Thirtieth day of July 1828, at Nine o'Clock in the Forenoon. WINDHAM ANSTRUTHER, formerly of the College, Edinburgh, Ensign in the Coldstream Guards, residing in Albemarle Street, Piccadilly, afterwards of Saint Jean de Luce, in France, Lieutenant and Captain in the same Regiment, then of Conduit Street-Bond Street, Middlesex, then of Spring Garden. Coffeehouse, Charing Cross, next of Melina Place, Westminster Road, Surrey, afterwards of the Northumberland Hotel, in the Strand, Middlesex, next of South Saint David Street, Edinburgh, next of Boulogne Sur Mer, France, next of Bruges and Ostend, both in the Netherlands, then of the Portland Hotel, Portland Street, Middlesex, next of Dane Hill, near Cuckfield, and of Cuckfield, and late of Worthing, all in Sussex, and of the Gordon Hotel, Covent Garden, Middlesex, Gentleman. TAKE NOTICE. 1. If any Creditor intends to oppose a Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given by entry thereof in the proper page and column of the book kept for that purpose at the Office of the Court, between the hours of Ten in the forenoon and Four in the afternoon, three clear days before the day of hearing abovementioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the day of entering-such notice and of the said day of hearing; but in the case of a Prisoner, for the removal of whom for hearing in the Country an Order has been obtained, but not carried into effect by the Creditors, notice of opposition will be sufficient, if given one clear day before the day of hearing. N. B. Entrance to the Office in Portugal Street. 2. The Petition and Schedule, and all books, papers, and writings filed therewith, will be produced by the proper Officer, for inspection and examination, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, until the last day for entering opposition inclusive; and copies of the Petition and Schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act 7. Geo. 4. , c. 57, sec, 76. 3. Notice to produce at the hearing any books or papers filed with the Schedule must be given to the Officer having the custody thereof, within the hours above-mentioned, on any day previous to the day of healing. 4.
