TO be sold, together or in Parcels, to the best Bidder, by the Assignees under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Joseph Hawkridge, late of Rye in the County of Sussex, Shopkeeper and Chapman, on Saturday the 5th Day of June Instant, betwixt the Hours of Eleven in the Morning and Three in the Afternoon, at the George Inn in Rye aforesaid, All the Right, Interest and Equity of Redemption the said Assignees have in the said Bankrupt's Estate at Northyam ; consisting of a Dwelling house, Malthouse, and three Acres of Land inclosed, in the Possession of Philip Parker, and Lett at 7 l. per Annum ; together with a Dwelling-house being Leasehold, in the Possession of Thomas Warner, Lett at 2 l. 19 s. per Annum, Ground Rent 2 s. For Particular whereof, enquire of the Assignees under the said Commission, or of Mr. John Butler, Attorney at Law, in Toolis-street, Southwark.
