THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARY ANNE ROWSELL of 1 Edward Road Saint Leonards on Sea in the county of Sussex widow whereof I appoint my son the Reverend John Rowsell and my daughter Mary Anne Rowsell to be the EXECUTORS I bequeath to my son Clement Rowsell the sum of five hundred pounds free of legacy duty And subject to this legacy and to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I bequeath all the residue of my personal estate and devise all my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and equally between the said John Rowsell and Mary Anne Rowsell Lastly I revoke all former wills by me made As WITNESS my hand this eighteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and ninety four MARY ANNE ROWSELL – SIGNED and published by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses – Wm B YOUNG Solr Hastings – F W COLES Solicitor Hastings –
