NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any debts, claims or demands against the estate of Annie Hephzibah Hoar, formerly of 22, The Grove, Baling, London, W. , afterwards of Ferney, Grosvenor-crescent, St. Leonards-on-Sea, Sussex, and late of 36, Paddenswick-road, Hammersmith, London, W. 6, Spinster, who died on the 27th May, 1928, and probate of whose will was granted on the 28th June, 1928, at London, to Frederick John East, the executor, are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned, on or before the 20th September. 1928, after which date the deceased's estate will be distributed, having regard only to the claims then notified. — Dated this 13th day of July, 1928.
