NOTICE is hereby given, that Mercer Waghorne, of Ewhurst, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, by indenture bearing date the 19th day of March instant, made between the said Mercer Waghorne, of the first part, Thomas Waghorne, of Castle-street, Hastings, in the said county, Butcher, and Edward Waghorne of St. Leonard's, in the said county, Lodging-house Keeper, of the second part, and the several persons who have subscribed and affixed or shall subscribe and affix their names and seals to the same indenture, of the third part; hath assigned all his estate and effects whatsoever unto the said Thomas Waghorne, and Edward Waghorne, upon trust for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Mercer Waghorne who hare executed or who shall execute the said indenture ; which said indenture was executed by the said Mercer Waghorne, Thomas Waghorne, and Edward Waghorne respectively, on the said 19th day of March, in the presence of, and their said execution attested by, James George Langham of Hastings, in the county of Sussex, Attorney-at-Law, and all persons indebted to or having claims on the said Mercer Waghorne are hereby requested to pay such debts, or to send the particulars of such their claims respectively to the said trustees or either of them. — Dated the 19th day of March 1849.
