Henry William Piper, formerly of Nutley, in the parish of Maresfield, Sussex, Grocer and Draper, then lodging at Burwash, then lodging at Etchingham, Sussex, and then and now lodging at Camden Villa, Prospect-hill, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, out of business, baying been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Lewes, on the 5th day of May, 1865, is hereby required to surrender himself to Edgar Blaker, a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 24th day of May instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the County Court Office, No. 211, High-street, Lewes.
