TO be sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in certain causes of Snepp v. Snepp, with the approbation of Vice-Chancellor Sir John Stuart, in three lots, by Mr. Charles Lancelot Hoggart, the person appointed by the said Judge, at the Auction Mart, in the city of London, on Tuesday, the 30th day of August, 1859, at one o'clock precisely: Certain freehold estates, situate at Etchingham and Salehurst, in the county of Sussex, known as the Haremare and Bagsell Estates, late the property of John Snepp, of Haremare, in the said county of Sussex, deceased. Particulars whereof may be had (gratis) of Mr. Robert Shuttleworth Gregson, Solicitor, of No. 8, Angel-court, Throgmorton-street, London; Messrs. Harrison and Lewis, Solicitors, No. 6, Old Jewry, London; of Mr. W. B. Young, Solicitor, Hastings, Sussex ; of Mr. John Upperton, Solicitor, Hawkhurst, Kent; and of Messrs. Norton, Hoggart, and Trist, Auctioneers, No. 62, Old Broad-street, London; and at the Auction Mart, London.
