THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Lintott, late of Town and Port of Hastings, in the County of Sussex, Mercer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 7th Day of November next, at Ten o’Clock in the Forenoon, at the Dwelling House of Thomas Woollett, known by the Name or Sign of the Red Lyon in the Ancient Town of Rye in the said County of Sussex, in order to make a Dividend of the said Bankrupt’s Estate and Effects ; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Persons, who have made any Claims, are to come and prove the same, of they will be disallowed.
