FREDERICK SEPTIMUS CLARK, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, c. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons haying any claims against the estate of Mr. Frederick Septimus Clark, formerly of The Haven, Crawley Down, Sussex, and late of White-croft, Forest Row, Sussex, Gentleman (who died on the 17th July, 1917, and whose will was proved in the (Principal Registry of the High Court of Justice, on the 11th day of October, 1917, by Edward Percival Whitley Hughes, of East Grinstead, Sussex, Solicitor, and Richard Charles Thompson, of Morton House, Fence Houses, in the county of Durham, the executors therein named), are required to send particulars of their claims and demands to the under-mentioned, Solicitor of the said Trustees, on or before the 4th day of December, 1917, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated this 24th day of October, 1917.
