Will of Robert Barrett of Chichester

This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Barrett of the City of Chichester in the County of Sussex Victualler as follows that is to say first I direct all my Just Debts and funeral and testamentary charges and Expences be paid and discharged by my Executors herein as soon as convenient after my decease and I give and bequeath unto my Brother John Barrett and Sister Ann Venables the Sum of Twenty five apiece to be paid to them within twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease and all the rest and residue of my monies Securities for money household Goods and furniture Stock in trade and all other my Personal Estate of what nature soever I do give and bequeath the same unto my dear Wife Catharine her Executors Admors and assigns and I make constitute and appoint my said wife and Mr William Humphrey of the West Street in the City aforesaid Brewer Executrix and Executor of this my Will and lastly I revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Robert Barrett have hereunto subscribed my Hand and set my Seal this nineteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven _ Robert Barrett
