TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause wherein William Copis and others are plaintiffs, and Bartholomew Middleton and others are defendants, with the approbation of William Alexander, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, on Monday the 21st day of August 1820, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Swan Inn, at Chichester, in the County of Sussex, in, 17 lots; Certain freehold, copyhold, and leasehold estates, consisting of certain messuages, lands, and tenements, situate at and near Chichester aforesaid. Printed particulars whereof may be bad (gratis) at the said Master's Chambers, in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane ; of Messrs. Marriott, Brooksbank, and Farn, Gray's-Inn-Square ; Messrs. Few, Ashmore, and Hamilton, Covent-Garden, London ; and of Mr. Wilmot, Messrs. Sowton and Fuller, and Mr. Dally, at Chichester.
