THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Thomas Jenkins and Thomas Frederick Wollen, of High Street, in the Borough of Southwark, in the County of Surrey, and of Chichester, in the County of Sussex, Linen-Drapers, Dealers, Chapmen, and Copartners, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects, on Wednesday the 20th of November instant, at Six of the Clock in the Evening precisely, at the Guildhall Coffee-House, near the Guildhall of the City of London, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees selling and disposing of the Leasehold Premises, Stock in Trade, Household Furniture, and other the Effects of the said Bankrupts, by private Contract, and giving Time for the Payment of the Purchase-Monies, or of any Part or Parts thereof respectively ; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Action or Suit at Law or in Equity, for the Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects; and also to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.
