MATILDA BAGOT, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Matilda Bagot, late of the Warren, Chichester, and formerly of Rusper Nunnery, near Horsham, in the county of Sussex, Widow (who died on the 4th day of July, 1889, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 31st day of December, 1889, by Charles Edward Ormerod, one of the executors thereinnamed), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims, or demands on or before the 3rd day of March, 1890, to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said executor; and notice is hereby also given, that after the said 3rd day of March, 1890, the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among such persons as are legally entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which notice shall then have been given; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand he shall not then have had notice. - Dated this 1st day of February, 1890.
