Sussex. TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause of Heasman and others v. Pearse and others, with the approbation of the Vice-Chancellor Sir Richard Malins, in twenty lots, by Mr. Thomas Bushby, the person appointed by the said Judge, at the Norfolk Arms Hotel, Arundel, in the county of Sussex, on Thursday, the 17th day of September, 1868, at two o'clock in the afternoon precisely:— The freehold and leasehold estates, of which the late William Gratwicke Kinleside Gratwicke, Esq. , was tenant for life. These estates are situate in or arising out of the parishes of Angmering, East Preston, Rustington, Leominster, Littlehampton, Warningcamp, Poling Ashington, and Washington, all in the county of Sussex. Particulars thereof may be had (gratis) in London of Messrs. Holmes and Impey, Solicitors, No. 12, Bedfordrow ; Messrs. Wood, Street, and Hayter, Solicitors, No. 6, Raymond-buildings, Gray's-inn; and Mr. Henry Sowton, Solicitor, No. 6, Great James-street, Bedford-row; and in the country of Messrs. Richard and George Holmes, Solicitors, Arundel; Mr, Matthias James Sowton, Solicitor, Chichester; the Auctioneer, Rustington, near Arundel; and at the place of sale.
