Bennett, by Mr. Edward Wyatt, at the Anchor Inn, Chichester, Sussex, on Wednesday, the 31st, day of August, 1859, at two for three o'clock precisely, in two lots, the following properties: Lot. 1. — A freehold estate in the island of West Thorney, Sussex, consisting of a barn-yard, and garden, one field of arable, and one of meadow land, containing 13A. 3R. 19P. , in the occupation of Mr. Theophilus Pennicutt, as yearly tenant, at the rent of £40 per annum, tithe free, and land tax redeemed. Lot. 2. — A copyhold messuage, with cottage and garden, situate in Stone Wall-lane, Botham, Sussex, containing 1R. 2P. , in the occupation of Mr. Thomas M. Boom, at the rent of £16 10s. per annum, subject to an annual quit rent of 6d. , and relief on death or alienation of 6d. , land tax 7s. 6d per annum.
