TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, before William Graves, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's-inn, Chancery-lane, London, The several Freehold and Leasehold Estates of Nicholas Covert, late of the City of Chichester in the County of Sussex, Esq; deceased, situate in the said City of Chichester, and in the several Parishes of North Mundham, Hunston, Felpham, Oving, Pagham, New Fifhbourne, Climpin Yapton, and St. Peter the Great otherwise the Subdeanry, in the said County of Sussex, in the Fifteen several and distinct Lots, and at the Times following, that is to say, On Tuesday the 23d Day of July instant, at Ten in the Forenoon, Lots 1 and 2 ; At Eleven in the Forenoon, Lots 3 and 4 ; At Twelve at Noon, Lots 5 and 6 ; At One in the Afternoon, Lots 7 and 8 ; At Five in the Afternoon, Lots 9 and 10 ; At Six in the Afternoon, Lots 11 and 12 ; At Seven in the Afternoon, Lots 13, 14, and 15. Particulars of the said Estates may be had at the said Masters Chambers.
