PUrsuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, This is to give Notice, That if Samuel Withers, heretofore of Chichester in the County of Sussex, afterwards of Blackheath in the County of Kent, and late of Dockhead in the County of Surry, Gentleman, deceased, who died sometime in the Year 1756, and who was Nephew to Joseph Withers, late of Blackheath aforesaid, Merchant, deceased, left any Son, legitimate or illegitimate, of the Name of Joseph, or if the said Joseph Withers, late of Blackheath aforesaid, left any other Relation of the Name of Joseph, he or they is, or are to come in and make out the same before Peter Holford, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's-Inn, Chancery-Lane, London, or in Default thereof he or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Decree.
