TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before William Graves, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn, Chancery-Lane, London, on Friday the 23d Day of July instant, between the Hours of Six and Seven in the Afternoon, A Copyhold Estate of Inheritance, situate in South Bersted in the County of Sussex, about four Miles from the City of Chichester, of the Annual Value of 16 l. or thereabouts, late the Estate of Nicholas Covert, Esq; deceased.
