TO be pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before Francis Eld, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Courts at his Chambers in Symond's Inn in Chancery-Lane, London, some Time in Michaelmas Term next (of which further Notice will be given in this Paper) the Estates late of Henry Binsteed, Merchant, deceased, consisting of a Freehold Farm in Hambledon, Hampshire, of the yearly Value of 20 l. or thereabouts. And four Freehold Messauges in Chichester in the County of Sussex, of the yearly Value of 43 l. . And a Barn and six Acres of Land, in Selsey in Sussex, all Freehold. And also an Acre of Copyhold land in Selsey aforesaid. Further Particulars to be had at the said Master's Chambers.
