A Messuage, Farm and Lands at Prinsted in Sussex, lett at 65 l. per Annum, subject to an Annuity of 14 l. for the Life of Mrs. Hopkins. A Copyhold Estate at Sidlesham in Sussex, lett at 23 l. per Annum. And several other Messuages and Lands in Sussex and Chichester. The Whole being of the yearly Value of 179 l. Particulars of the said Estates may be had at the said Master's House.
