THE Assignees in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Wynn Blackman, late of the City of Chichester, in the County of Sussex, Braiser, Coal Merchant, and Chapman, will proceed to the selling All the said Bankrupt's absolute Estate and Interest in the following Freehold and Copyhold Estates, to wit, Certain Freehold Lands and Coppice Ground, in the Parish of Botham, in the County aforesaid ; And a Copyhold Messuage and Lands in the fame Parish, called Forrep Land (being Estate of Inheritance) now Lett together with the said Freehold Premisses at 15 l. a Year, A freehold Tenement or Dwelling House, being the East End of a Messuage situate on the North Side of the East-street of Chichester aforesaid, late in the said Bankrupt's own Occupation, worth to be Lett at about 16 l. a Year. — One other Freehold Tenement or Dwelling House, being the West End of the last mentioned Messuage, now lett at 13 l. a Year. One Moiety or half Part of a Copyhold Tenement and Lands in Eastdean, within the Manor of Eastdean, in the County aforesaid, which the laid Bankrupt holdeth to him and his Heirs for three Lives (all in being) now Lett at 6 l. a Year, And also all the said Bankrupt's Estate and Interest for Life of and in a Freehold Messuage, Farm, and about 8o Acres of Land, called Willow Hall Farm, in Aldwick, in the Parish of Pagham, in the County aforesaid, now Lett at 150 l. a Year. And of and in a Copyhold Messuage with its Appurtenances, in Havant, within Havant Rectory Manor, in the County of Southampton, now Lett at 6 l. 10 s. a Year ; upon the second Day of February next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, to the best Bidder, at the House of Yarroll Johnson, known by the Sign of the Swan in Chichester aforesaid; where the Particulars of the said several Estates may be seen.
