The last will of John Baker being in good and perfect remembrance.

I will to John Baker my kinsman £5 of money that is in his own hands.

I will and give to his daughter Elizabeth £6 being in Roger Baker's hands.

I will and give to Dorathye Baker the sister of John Baker the full sum of 40s.

Item I will and give to Agnes Baker my uncle Roger's daughter the full sum of 40s.

I will that my cousin John Baker shall have the use of hers till she come to the age of eighteen years or else the day of marriage which comes first.

My? cows? ..... I will to my cousin Roger Baker the younger my chest and my two best bowls I will to Margaret Wood a sheet that lieth in my chest.

I will that my cousin John Baker shall receive and gather all such debts and legacies as is due to me to receive of Roger Baker ten pounds and to receive of him the interest of it twenty shillings.

Item I will that my cousin John Baker shall be my whole executor of this my will.

I will that Thomas Avery shall be the overseer of this my will and testament.
