In the name of god amen.

Sick of body but of good and perfect mind and remembrance laud and praise be given unto Almighty God.

First I will and bequeath my soul to Almighty God my creator and to Jesus Christ my redeemer and saviour trusting to be saved by his death and passion and by no other means and my body to be buried within the churchyard of wbn.

I will that my executor shall bestow at my burial 6s. at his discretion.

I will to Richard a Fyeld's wyfe my sister my best red petticoat and my best rail/veil and my best smock and ?kerchef and my savegarde.

I will to Agnes a Fyeld my sister's daughter my other red petticoat a russet petticoat and a pair of fustian gloves and my best kerchef and my best rail/veil next to him my sister shall have and my best hat.

I will to Dionys my god daughter my russet cassock and my best worsted apron.

I will to Richard a Fyeld's wife my sister all the rest of my wearing linen.

I will to Jone a Field my sister's daughter my chest.

I will to Dennis and Agnes a Wekes daughters of Thomas a Wykes my brother and to each of them 8s. to be paid within one quarterof a year after my decease and if it fortune that any of them die before it be due to be paid item the one of them to be the others heir.

Item I will to Bartholomew Wekes and Margery and Elizabeth Wekes the sisters of John a Wekes to every one of them ten shillings to be paid within one quarter of a year after my decease and if it fortune any of them to die before it be due to be paid item I will the one of them to be the others heir.

Item I will to Anne Jone Elizabeth and Mary Fyeld the daughters of Richard a Filde my brother-in-law and to every one of them ten shillings to be paid within one quarter of a year after my decease and if it fortune any of them to die before it be due to be paid item I will the one of them to be the others heir.

Item I will to Robert a Wekes my brother 40s. to be paid within one quarter of a year after my decease.

Item I will to John Wekes my brother 20s.

Item I will to Richard a Fyeld my brother-in-law 20s. to be paid within one quarter after my decease.

All the rest of my goods and my annuity out of my lands my debts and legacies and my will fulfilled I do give to Umfrey Wekes my brother whom I make my sole executor and I do make John Wekes my brother my trusty overseer of this my last will and testament.
