In the name of god amen, I Harry Darbye sick of body but whole of mind and perfect understanding thanks be to god do ordain and make this my last will and testament in for it. Following

First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God my creator and to Jesus Christ my redeemer and saviour trusting to be saved by his death and passion and by no other means and my body to be buried in the churchyard of the parish of Wbn.

Item I will that my executrix shall give by the advice of my overseer to the poor of the parish of Wbn 12d.

Item I will to Nicholas my son 10s.

And the residue of my goods and cattells my debts and legacies paid and my will fulfilled I give to Anne my wife whom I make my sole executrix of this my last will and testament and I do ordain and appoint my well beloved in Christ Henrye Collins to be my trusty overseer of this my last will and testament.

Witnesses at the declaring hereof William HOPKINSON clerk James ?Norten Richard Sainte Nicholas Courts Robert Barnett This is the last will &c. to Anne my wife my house that I dwell in with the appurtenances to her and her heirs for ever. Witnesses as above.
