Will of Thomas Sheffield of Warbleton

In the name of god amen &c. I Thomas Sheffield of Warbleton being sick in body but of good and perfect memory I praise God for it do make this my last will and testament.

First I give and bequeath unto Roger Sheffield my son £5 to be paid unto him at thirty years of age wherefore my will is that Roger may have my bed with all my belongings to his which stand in the best chamber.

Also I give unto my daughter Elizabeth £5 and a noble to be paid unto her at thirty years of age if she marry with my sons Davids good liking If she do not marry with his consent my will is that she be paid at two and thirty years of age.

Also I give unto my daughter Alice two pairs of coarse sheets and to my daughter Cathren two pairs of coarse sheets to be delivered unto them immediately after my decease.

All my goods unbequeathed I give unto my son Davie whom I make my whole executor of this my last will and testament.

Also I ordain for my overseers of this my will Willyam Hobem and Edmund Gowre to see it performed according to my mind.

Witnesses to this my will: John Burchem Matthew Cade Roger Toston.
