Will of Thomas Waghorn of Warbleton

In the name of god amen etc. Sick and weak but of perfect memory.

I bequeath my soul into the hand of Almighty God my maker trusting that by the death of his son Jesus Christ my saviour and redeemer to be partaker of the kingdom of heaven and to have a joyful resurrection both of body and soul to eternal life. And therefore I give my body to the earth from whence it came.

I will to the poor man's box of the parish of Warbleton 2s to be bequeathed to them that have most need.

I will to Collington HAMEN 6s.

I will to Simone KIDDER and Dynis his wife 40s to be paid within one quarter of a year after my decease by mine executor.

All the residue of my goods unbequeathed my debts and legacies paid I do will unto ?Richard CHILLEY my kinsman whom I do make my sole executor &c.
