THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Hyland, of Robertsbridge, in the County of Sussex, Grocer and Shopkeeper, Dealer and Chapman, are requested to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects on the 15th Day of June instant, at Six o'Clock in the Evening, at the Three Tuns Tavern, Southwark, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees selling and disposing of the said Bankrupt's Household Goods and Furniture, Stock in Trade and Effects, either by public Auction or private Contract, as they the said Assignees shall think proper ; and also to their commencing, prosecuting or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity concerning the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; and likewise to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto ; and on other special Affairs.
