William Young's Assignment. NOTICE is hereby given, that by indenture, bearing date the 30th day of November, 1855, and made between William Young, of Broad Oak, in the parish of Brede, in the county of Sussex, Grocer and Draper, of the one part; and Edward Kenward, of Battle, in the said county, Draper, and John Bourne, of Salehurst, in the said county, Farmer, of the other part; the said William Young has conveyed and assigned all his real and leasehold estate unto the said Edward Kenward and John Bourne, upon trusts for sale as therein mentioned ; and that by indenture of assignment bearing even date therewith, and made between the said William Young, of the first part; the said Edward Kenward and John Bourne, of the second part; and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors of the said William Young, of the third part; the said William Young has assigned all his personal estate and the monies to arise from the sale of his said real and leasehold estate, unto the said Edward Kenward and John Bourne, upon trusts for the general benefit of his creditors; and the said several indentures were severally executed by the said William Young, and Edward Kenward, and John Bourne, on the said 30th day of November, the day of the date thereof; and the execution of the said several indentures by the said William Young, Edward Kenward, and John Bourne is duly attested by Nathaniel Polhill Kell, of Battle aforesaid, Solicitor; and the said indenture of assignment now lies for execution by the creditors of the said William Young, at the office of the said N. P. Kell, at Battle aforesaid. — Dated the 30th day of November, 1855.
