CATHERINE MARY POLE TYLNEY LONG WELLESLEY.
WHO FOR MANY YEARS RESIDED AT WEST STOKE HOUSE,
AND DIED THERE ON THE 29TH DAY OF MARCH 1897,
IN THE 79TH YEAR OF HER AGE.
UNIVERSALLY RESPECTED AND BELOVED FOR
HER KIND AND CHARITABLE DISPOSITION.
SHE WAS TEH DAUGHTER OF WILLIAM POLE TYLNEY LONG WELLESLEY, 4TH EARL OF MORNINGTON
BY HIS WIFE CATHERINE DAUGHTER OF SIR JAMES TYLNEY LONG, BART.
AND AS THE LAST REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LONGS OF DRAYCOT, SHE WAS INTERRED IN THE FAMILY VAULT OF THE
PARISH CHURCH OF DRAYCOT CERNE, CHIPPENHAM, WILTS.
