THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Charles Greensword, late of Itchenor, in the Comity of Sussex, and alto of Poplar, in the County of Middlesex, Ship-Builder, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, on the 15th of May instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon precisely, at the Office of Messrs. Mayo and Pearse, solicitors, in Cloak-Lane, Queen-Street, Cheapside, London, to take into Consideration the Propriety of, and to assent to or dissent from the Assignees carrying into Execution the Contractor Contracts made and entered into by the said Bankrupt with the Navy Board and other Persons, for the building of certain Ships either jointly with Thomas Kidwell, his late Copartner, or otherwise; and also to consider of and determine the Propriety of said Assignees entering into any Engagement or Arrangement with the said Thomas Kidwell, in respect to the said Ships, or either of them, or the joint Properly; also of selling or disposing of all or any Part of the said Bankrupt's Property by public Auction or private Contract; and to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for the Recovery of or in respect of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, or any Part thereof; also to the compounding or otherwise agreeing to any Matter or Thing relating thereto; also to consider the Propriety of paying or allowing to Mr. Dawes one of the Assignees to the said Estate the Expences of and attending the Relinquishment of his Assigneeship, and authorizing the remaining Assignees accordingly; and on other special Affairs.
