Pursuant to a Decree of His Majesty’s Court of Exchequer, at Westminster, made in a Cause Painter against Hersee, the Creditors and Legatees of William Hersee, formerly of Dover, in the Parish of Warming Camp, in the County of Sussex, but late of Buriton South, in the said County, Farmer, deceased, are forthwith to come before Abel Moysey, Esq; Deputy to His Majesty's Remembrancer of the said Court, at his Chambers in the Inner-Temple, London, to prove their Debts and claim their Legacies, or in Default thereof they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Decree.
