Re MARTHA HACKETT Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, c. 35 intituled "An Ach to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOT1CE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claim, debt, or demands against the estate and effects of Martha Hackett late of the Woodleighs, Warningcamp, near Arundel, in the county of Sussex, Widow, deceased, who died on the thirteenth day of March 1898, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court oP Justice, on the 19th day of April 1898, by Sir Robert George Raper, Knight, and George Ashley Tyacke, the executors therein named, are hereby required to deliver and send in to Messrs. Raper Freeland and Tyacke of Chichester, Sussex, {Solicitors to the executors, written particulars of such debts, claims, and demands, on or before the thirtieth day of June next, at the expiration of which time the executors will distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to those debts, claims, and demands of which they shall then, have notice, and the said executors will not be liable or accountable for the said assets, or any part; thereof, so distributed to any person, in respect of any debt, claim, or demand whatsoever, of which due notice shall not then have been delivered and sent in, as aforesaid. — Dated the 7th day of May 1898.
