SARAH CHRISTER Deceased. Pursuant to the Act 22 and 23 Viet. cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate ofSarah (Christer late of Catsfield in the county of Sussex Widow deceased (who died on the 10th day of February 1895 and whose will was proved by Thomas Wait of Catsfield aforesaid Farm Bailiff one of the executors therein named on the 21st day of March 1895 in the District Registry at Lewes of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice) are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claims or demands to me acting as the Solicitor to the said executor on or before the 1st day of 'May 1895 after which time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which he shall then have had notice and that he will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. —Dated this 28th day of March 1895.
