TO be sold before, John Hiccocke, Esq; one of the Masters of the High Court of Chancery, pursuant to a Decree of the said Court, the Estate of Henry Capron, late of Tillington, in the County of Sussex, deceased, consisting of a Free-hold Messuage , Farm, and 62 Acres of Land, with 10 Acres of Heath, lying in Armbersham, in the Parish of Steep, in the County, of Southampton, now lett at 36/. Per Annum; and also wide Acres of Freehold Land, and a Copyhold Estate Inheritance, consisting of a Messuage, Malthouse, and 57 Acres of Copyhold Land, lying in Tillington aforesaid, and now lett together at 4s. 1d. per Annum, (subject to the Thirds of the said Henry Capron’s Widow. ) And the Creditors of the said Henry Capron are to prove their Debts before the said Master. Particulars of the said Estate may be had at the said Masters Chambers in Lincoln’s Inn.
