THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Edward Lulham, of Ticehurst in the County of Sussex, Shopkeeper, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate, on Saturday the 25th Day of August, at Twelve o'Clock at Noon precisely, at the Guildhall Coffee-house, in King-street, Cheapside, to assent to or dissent from their commencing, prosecuting, or defending one or more Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity concerning the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; or to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.
