I Elizabeth Penfold Spinster of Steyning in the County of Sussex make this my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath unto my Sister Ann Penfold during the term of her natural life all my property in the funds or elsewhere and all my Wearing Apparel to her for ever And after the decease of my aforesaid Sister Ann Penfold I give unto my Nephew Richard Penfold Son of my Brother John Penfold Clerk the Sum of Two hundred Pounds three P Cents Stocks Old South Sea Annuities for ever And I give after the decease of my aforesaid Sister Ann Penfold unto John Albeck Clement Son of my late Sister Mary Clement deceased the Sum of Three hundred Pounds three P Cent Reduced Stock for ever and the decease of my aforesaid Sister I give unto my Niece Mary Ann Clement the Sum of One hundred and fifty Pounds three P cent Stock Old South Sea Annuities for ever for her own and separate use to be independent of any debts of her Husband and after the decease of my aforesaid Sister Ann Penfold I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Penfold Clement the Sum of Two hundred and fifty Pounds Stock South Sea Annuities for ever And I give unto my Brother Richard Penfold my Household furniture Plate Linen and China that I may die possessed of for ever and after the decease of my aforesaid Sister Ann Penfold I give and bequeath unto my Brother Richard Penfold and my Brother John Penfold Clerk all my property in the funds viz the three and four P Cent Stock and South Sea Annuities that I may die possessed of share and share alike equally between them for ever And I hereby constitute and appoint my Brother Richard Penfold sole Executor to this my Will made and signed by me this first day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty two Elizabeth Penfold
