TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree and subsequent Orders of the High Court of Chancery, before Thomas Anguish, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, On Friday the 30th Day of July Instant, between Five and Six in the Afternoon, The Freehold Estate of William Holmes, late of Steyning in Sussex, Gent. Deceased, situate at Steyning aforesaid, in three Lots, viz, No. 1. consisiting of three Messuages, &c. and 13 Acres of Land, lett to Thomas Deane at 25 l. per Annum. No. 2. consisiting of two Messuages lett to John Greenfield and Son, at 6 1. per Annum. No. 3. consisting of a Messuage called Chantry Green House and some Land lett to Bysh Shelley, Esq; at 12 l. per Annum. Particulars may be had at the said Master's Chambers in Lincoln's Inn, London.
